Each place has it’s own private entrance from the back of the property with 1 dedicated parking space. This is unit 2BThere is a shared washer and dryer in the basement that can be accessed from the stairwell that goes up to 2B.Don’t hesitate to reach out to us through the app with any questions or requests. We will do our best to accomodate.Acorn Manor is located in the Glenwood-Brooklyn Historic District. We are .5 miles from Glenwood South and .5 miles away from Five Points.Parking is in the rear of the property down an unpaved alley via Cole St. There is one parking spot per unit. Any additional cars must park on Cole St.You get to this unit (2B) from the back of the house. Go through the door labeled 2B and then go up the stairs.Absolutely no smoking or parties on the premises. Violations will result in a $300 fine.
