This beautifully restored historic casita is one of the original 50 homes built in La Quinta. “The Cove” as it’s known by locals has some of the best scenery in the city, and there are beautiful mountain views from the large secluded backyard with pool/spa and covered patio. The interior is incredibly charming with exposed beam ceilings, saltillo tile, and Spanish revival themed accents that make it a real retreat. We look forward to having you stay at this inviting and cozy getaway.The spaceThis home features three full bedrooms (two Queen beds, one King), two full bathrooms, private pool, hot tub, private backyard with plenty of patio furniture and an outdoor grill. There is a private driveway plus street parking right in front of the front yard entry gate.Every amenity and safety has been considered including a full Nest smart home system.Guest accessThe entire house, front and back yards are yours to enjoy freely and privately.Other things to noteCLEANING AND FEES:In order to keep our house nice and tidy for you and future guests as well as provide a living-wage for our excellent service staff, our cleaning fee is $350 for your full month stay (end of stay cleaning cost, added to your initial rental fee). We also require an additional mid-stay cleaning for any 30 day rental period, this is an additional fee of $200 (collected separately).POOL HOT-TUB/SPA HEATING:We are happy that we can provide you with an option for pool and/or hot-tub/spa heating. There is a $20 per day fee to heat the hot-tub/spa only or $40 per day fee to heat the pool AND hot tub.If staying for 30 days or more, please inquire about our monthly rates.We must receive the funds in advance of your stay in order for you to enjoy this option.Please note: if you use the heat for the hot-tub/spa or pool and have not paid for that option in advance you will be charged a $50 per day penalty for the hot-tub/spa heat and a $100 per day penalty for the pool heat.REGARDING ADDITIONAL GUESTS:Normal house rules: For any additional guest over 4 people (up to 6 people) we charge an extra $20/night per person. If you are to have extra guests above what your reservation stated please notify us ASAP. Absolutely no more than 6 guests unless arranged with us prior to booking confirmation. The penalty for having more than the approved number of guests for your reservation is $250 per person, per night.Thanks in advance for your understanding!
