It can take 24-48 hours for the pool water to reach the optimal temperature of 85-87 degrees. When the air temperature falls below 55 degrees, typically November-March, pool heaters have difficulty achieving the optimal temperature. In this case, pool heating will not be available.The home is equipped with a washer, dryer, and high-speed wireless internet.Please note that this property has an exterior security camera that views the home’s front entrance. This camera serves to protect both the property owner and rental guests.The home also features an elevator that is available upon request.
