Built in 1940, the home retains much of its original charm, including natural wood adorning the floors, walls, and ceilings. As you step inside, you’ll be greeted by an inviting living room (which doubles as a third sleeping space in addition to the two bedrooms), a fully appointed kitchen, and a dining space that sits in the warmth of a cozy wood-burning stove.After a day spent boating or fishing, you’ll also have a gas grill for your fresh catch, a screened-in porch where you can comfortably unwind, and an outdoor firepit to gather around at night.Things to KnowFull kitchenNo washer/dryerParking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.Dock details: Shared Association Turn left out of the driveway and go all the way to the end of the road.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
