Unique Spanish style home design by Wiseman and Gale boasts a sprawling floor plan with soaring ceilings. 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms (4 ensuite bathrooms). Sizeable heated pool with optional heating to 82 degrees (extra nightly fee $150). In ground 8 person Hot Tub at 102 degrees for no additional cost. Enormous backyard patio, huge u-shaped outdoor bar/kitchen, and stand alone shade structureBefore you reserve, we can forward you our rental contract and pool disclosure that the person reserving must review and sign.*We do not allow parties. If the police are called and issue a citation, this will be debited from your security deposit.The backyard and pool are one of the best that you will find. Some Hotel Pools and Spas are not as big. Heat the pool for $150/night upon request and guests control the Hot Tub heat to 102 degrees at no additional cost. A brand new painted pickleball court with lights, half court basketball, 2 goal soccer field, croquet, bocce, baseball tee/gloves/whiffle balls, cornhole, oversized putting green, large gazebo with TV, wrap around outdoor bar, back patio with a TV, 2 grills, billiards room, 3 ice machines, 10 TVS in total, fully stocked kitchen, all bedroom/bathroom towels/linens/soaps are included. 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms. 4 bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms. Central location to North and South Scottsdale, Arcadia, and everywhere in Paradise Valley.*IMPORTANT DISCLOSURE*- By law, the Town of Paradise Valley requires any and all rental guests to sign an Agreement outside of the booking website channel used to obtain your reservation.- This Agreement will be emailed to the Guest for review and signature before the reservation is confirmed and before home entry.- If you would like to review the Agreement before booking, simply send an inquiry and request the agreement and we will reply with the Agreement for your review.- Do not reserve the home if you are uncomfortable with the agreement or the town of Paradise Valley Mandatory Requirements.Message us through the booking portal before, during, or after your stay. We respect our neighbors, and we do not host weekend party crews. This is why we are strict on our minimum night requirement of 5 nights, no street parking at all, and absolutely no events, weddings, or gatherings of over 14 people. We do not allow outdoor noise of any kind that disturbs the neighbors at any hour of the day, and especially between Town quiet hours of 10pm and 7am. We will remove noisy guests, police will be called, citations will be given, and we have a zero tolerance policy for guests that do not follow our rules.The Town of Paradise Valley borders Scottsdale on the East border and Phoenix on the North and South Borders. A vehicle is recommended, but plenty of Ubers are also around. The home is about 2 miles West of Scottsdale rd (the main tourist road in Scottsdale). The home is about 5 miles North of Camelback Road (the main tourist road in Phoenix). The Town Of Paradise Valley is centrally located and it is easy to get to all major tourist destinations in Scottsdale, Arcadia, and Phoenix.TPT #21459595NO PARTIES. NO EVENTS. NO WEDDINGS. MAXIMUM GUEST LIMIT IS 14 (EVEN IF THE GUESTS ARE VISITING JUST FOR THE DAY). IF MORE THAN 14 PEOPLE ARE ON THE PROPERTY AT ANYTIME, WE WILL CALL THE POLICE, END THE RESERVATION, FORCE GUESTS TO LEAVE THE PROPERTY, AND NO REFUND WILL BE OFFERED.NO STREET PARKING AT ALL, EVEN DURING THE DAYThe Hot Tub and Pool operate on the same heater. Hot Tub heat is controlled by guests and is free. There is a button on the wall near the pool equipment. Guests press the button for two hours of hot tub heat. The hot tub will take about 45 minutes to reach 102 degrees, and automatically shut off after two hours. If pool heat is elected, maintenance will visit and turn on the pool heater to 82 degrees (we do not offer pool heat above 82 degrees). The pool heater is locked out by code from guest control. ****Pool heat is optional and when elected costs $150 PER NIGHT****. When pool heat is elected, it takes 24 hours for the pool to get to temperature of 82 degrees. If the Hot Tub button is pressed by a guest when pool heat has been elected, the pool heater will stop heating the pool for two hours as it will be heating the hot tub. After the two hours, the pool heater will go back to heating the pool automatically without guests needing to take action.Firewood for the master bedroom is NOT INCLUDED with the reservation. Local grocery stores sell firewood.Smores, beverages, and the Tiki Bar included in home photos are not included with the reservation. Often times at checkout we notice that our guests purchased items similar to what is shown in the photos, so we staged the photos with these items – but they are not included.If the police are called due to partying or excessive noise and issue a citation, that amount will be debited from your security deposit.
