.Our” Heart of the Meadow” is a cozy, vintage cabin with a rustic feel. Our 1/2 acre property has a large deck that is surrounded by a meadow, acres of National Forest, and a view of Wawona Dome.We are located just 6 miles inside the South entrance of Yosemite National Park. Near the historic Wawona Hotel, the 9-hole Wawona golf course, Mariposa Grove of Big Trees, Chilnualna Falls, and the Swinging Bridge. Driving access to Badger Pass ski resort, Glacier Point and Yosemite Valley.One bedroom (King ), with a pullout, two futon sofa sleepers in an alcove, and 1 bathroom. There is the main living space as well as a game/conversation area. Small kitchen with gas stove, microwave, refrigerators, coffee maker, and 6-person dining table. Gas BBq is available. The river is only about a 5-minute walk with a summertime swimming hole. You can take several hikes right out our front door or choose to drive down to the Valley (an hour drive) for many more attractions including Tunnel View, Yosemite Falls, Bridal Veil Falls, Yosemite Village, the Ahwahnee Hotel, and more. This cabin is pet friendly and has a smart TV. This cabin does not have an A/C.
