In the private 5 units building that we just recently converted and certified by the city of Hollywood and the State of Florida into a vacation rentals.This is nonsmoking property. And pets are not allowed due to the hosts medical condition.Apartment will accommodate 2 adults comfortably or 2 adults with one child. Not 3 adults.Private Parking is FREE and available next to the building for 1 compact car. If you choose to use a midsize car or larger size car you can not park on the property.Guests will be charged $100 a day fee for parking large vehicles and interfering with other guests’ stay.$100 a day will be charged for parking additional vehicles and the towing company will tow that vehicle at guests expense.. 15 minutes from Ft. Lauderdale International Airport, 35 minutes from Miami International Airport, walking distance to various restaurants and next to the Westin Diplomat Resort; 5 minutes from Hollywood Beach Boardwalk, and a short drive to Aventura, Bal Harbour shops, Horse Race Track, Dog Race Track, Casinos, South Beach, Ft Lauderdale-Las Olas. Only 40 minutes away from South Beach and Brickell. Apartment has an electronic lock that is very easy to use and does not require to carry the keys, very convenient on a beach. Electronic code will be issued with provided Gov. Issued photo ID ONLY.Full kitchen ( microwave, coffee maker, tea kettle, toaster, pots and pants, plates, glasses, and etc.)Bedroom has a queen size bed and the living room has a sofa convertible in a full size (double) bed.Sheets, towels, beach towels, and beach chairs are provided. Last picture showing what kind of beach chairs we provide.Roku TVs with all available applications and streaming channels, Wifi internet with excess points.Gazebo at the Back yard is available for vacation renters. NO grilling, barbecuing or using water hose on the property.The Ocean View patio is available and shared with the next door apartment.We provide Vacation Rentals recommended “Starter Pack” of cleaning supplies: 1 rolls of toilet paper and 1 roll of paper towel, paper napkins, coffee filters, small bottle of dishwasher detergent, and simple toiletries (shampoo, conditioner, soap etc.), and more.There is no laundry facility in the building for guests to use.Check in after 4PM.
