Koch park is immediately adjacent to the property for summer fun. The expansive Aspen trail system starts right from your door as well. Lift 1A is just two blocks out the front door, Gondola Plaza is just three blocks, and the heart of downtown Aspen is just two blocks as well. If location is your goal, this is hard to beat. Leave your car at home as you can walk or take the free RFTA buses anywhere in Aspen or its surrounding areas.The unit is on the second floor via an outside staircase. There is no elevator. You enter the unit through two glass sliding doors. In the summer these can be opened to a fairly expansive common deck space with green space below perfect for relaxing in the sun with a good book.Freshly remodeled, entering the unit there is a large living area complete with a sleeper sofa, game table, electric fireplace, and a TV with Comcast digital cable for when you choose to stay in. There are coat racks by the door to hang your active gear. Moving backward are two large gear closets, enough to swallow up anything you need.
