The unit is fully fitted with a washing machine, a flat-screen TV (No Cable, Netflix only), a sofa, and a closet. There’s also a dishwasher, oven and an electric teapot.Pets are allowed for an additional fee of $50 per pet per stay. Restrictions apply. Paid private parking is available on site at $20/day (reservation is needed).A $200-$500 refundable security deposit might be asked upon booking.
