Enjoy a peaceful week or more enjoying the wonderful weather, expansive waterviews, access to 2 pools, hot tubs, tennis/pickleball and so much more. Walk into our condo to an OPEN TV/BR with Queen size Murphy “wall ” bed (sleeps 2) equipped with a swivel chair for quiet reading, to the right is the queen size master bedroom also with TV and Full Bath. As you continue into this spacious condo you will find a walk-in kitchen with all amenities and a two seat bar area followed by a comfortable living area with a pull out queen size sofa/ loveseat and swivel chair also equipped with a smart TV – and a beautiful three door slider with expansive water views leading out to a large Lanai/screened in porch with a four chair table plus…where you can read a book or a have a cocktail/dinner while enjoying the boats coming and going and the occasional pod of dolphin swiming by. Right beyond the LR is a 6 person dining table for family dinners or game/card playing, and finally to the right of table is the second full size bathroom with vanity area, shower/tub. We welcome families and children. There is also fishing from the docks, boat and bike rentals down the road, walking distance to Restaurants/shops in Olde Marco, a 5 – 10 minute drive to local beaches. Tennis racquets, pickle ball racquets, beach towels, chairs, beach umbrellas, pails, shovels etc , and two bikes are available in unit for use with care. Please Enjoy your stay and treat our place as it was your own. We hope you love it as much as we do! All we ask is that you return whatever you use – in the same “clean” condition that it was found.
