About this spaceWe are excited to host you at Amelia’s Island Getaway! We welcome you to relax in our 2 bedroom 2 bathroom first level condo. Enjoy some time on the screened in patio/deck which features two ceiling fans and comfortable seating.We are about an 8 minute walk on a separate path to the beach! We are also in walking distance of a few restaurants and an ice cream place!Enjoy some time by the pool or the tennis courts!The spaceA quick trip up five steps and you are at the front door of our 2 bedroom , 2 bathroom condo. You will enter into the living room where you will see our favorite feature, the yellow surfboard! The living room has a 42 inch smart tv.We have also stocked the TV stand with some board games for you to enjoy!There is a full kitchen and a washer and dryer. Off of the living room is an entrance to the screened in patio/deck with plenty of seating.The master bedroom has a ceiling fan, dresser, closet , smart TV and a private full bathroom.The second bedroom (mermaid room) has a ceiling fan, dresser and closet.Guest accessThe parking lot is right outside of the condo, you should have no problem finding parking.
