It is truly unique! Seeking some privacy? Then, enjoy one of two oceanfront main suite balconies. All three oceanfront balconies will give your family breathtaking, stress-relieving ocean views. Watch surfers near the pier, dolphins, flocks of pelicans, and, on occasion, whales.Grand Bleu is on the same level as the pool and outdoor Viking grills for easy family access. The beach and beachfront pool are one flight of stairs below you. After your third trip to the pool or beach for the day with your kids, toys, and towels, you will appreciate the location of this condo!If your group loves watching DVDs, you will be delighted by the 42-inch LCD TV with DVD and surround sound in the living room. Don’t forget to bring your own movies! Connect your iPod to the surround sound system to enjoy your music. Also, all the bedrooms have TV/DVD combos. There are also board games, puzzles, and books for your enjoyment.When you book this terrific escape, you can access incredible shared amenities, including three outdoor swimming pools, and two indoor fitness centers.Things to KnowThe community pool is open annually from the beginning of June to the end of August for guest use. Pool dates are weather permitting and at the Condo Association’s discretion.The Sanctuary HOA schedules structural upkeep during the off-season, blocking off certain sides of the buildings and making it unsafe for our guests to be on the balcony. The balcony may not be available for guests from October to mid-May.This property is managed by Vacasa Virginia LLC.Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.This rental is located on floor 1.Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”).
