There is a $25 weekly gate fee per vehicle due to the security and privacy of this villa located inside the private gated community of Leamington within Palmetto Dunes. You will take an elevator from the ground floor to access the first floor. Luggage carts and bike racks are available in the garage.New living room furniture was added in December of 2021, and now features a queen size sofa sleeper as well as a queen size Murphy Bed which is located inside of the cabinet that the 65″ TV sits on in the living room. Please see photos in listing. The villa now sleeps six guests comfortably.Linens, towels and started paper products are provided. The kitchen is fully stocked to accommodate six guests. There is also a Keurig Combo Coffee Maker for ground coffee and Kcups.This gorgeous 1st floor villa, with direct oceanfront views from every window, is a bright corner villa with three additional windows overlooking the pool and ocean. The villa also features granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances with large fridge complete with Ice maker and tile and carpeting throughout.The master bedroom features a king size bed with a private bathroom complete with Jacuzzi tub and separate spacious all glass walk-in shower. The 2nd full bath is located just off of the dining area and kitchen with a full glass walk-in shower, toilet and sink. The living room features a large sectional sofa with queen size sofa sleeper and a queen size pull out Murphy Bed beneath the 65″ Digital HD TV cabinet.Among the finest oceanfront accommodations in Palmetto Dunes Resort, this villa complex stretches along a beautiful re-nourished Atlantic Beach, and is surrounded by lush, landscaped gardens, walkways, lagoons, fountains and native trees including live oaks and palmettos.
