It is truly one of the best vacation values on Shore Drive with restaurants in walking distance. We have furnished this unit with new cabinets, counter tops, appliances, have very nice furniture in place, are located in an area where you can sit on the rear patio and watch the kids play in the pool without leaving the balcony. This unit has extra amenities that you simply don’t find in hotels, motels, or many other vacation rentals. We use this unit frequently and it is complete with everything you will need for a memorable beach vacation. This is a second row, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located at Shipwatch Pointe ll, and will easily accommodate 5 people. The master bedroom offers a queen size bed, and full bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and an adjoining full bathroom. This unit has its own washer and dryer, overlooks the outdoor pool, and is only 150 yards from the beach. This unit is on the end nearest the road and makes the walk much shorter.Note:This unit is rented from Saturday to Saturday:Arrival: 4:00 PMDeparture: 9:00 AMShipwatch Pointe II DOES NOT ALLOW motorcycles, trailers, golf carts, or pets on the premises.
