Workout room, tennis courts, barbeque, beach chair rental service (2 included for free), Located 7.2 miles from 30A and 3.5 miles from Pier Park. Avoid the traffic in peace but still close to the action. Drive up and drop luggage and groceries on the same floor and park in covered parking across the street accessible via covered air conditioned bridge. No waiting for elevators as you are near the beach access level by stairs or just one floor on newly upgraded elevators.Please Note: During the peak weeks of Spring Break and Summer we can only accept Saturday to Saturday rentals.Guests must be age 25 or accompanied by a Parent.
