It is approximately 980 square feet and accommodates up to 6 adults. This condo has new furnishings throughout as well as a roomy balcony with comfy seating. We hope you enjoy your time here all while looking out at the alluring blue ocean.Living Area & Dining Area:Your living room space has a great view of the beach, and the pool area. We know you will enjoy plenty of seating space, complete with a soft leather sleeper sofa and love seat. Across the room is a comfy, soft leather recliner to kick back and relax in! You will also enjoy a new ROKU smart TV as well as the local cable. This space will be perfect for you and your crew to relax in after a long day at the beach. Your living area also overflows into the dining area where the homemade dining table delivers plenty of seating along with the nearby bar that seats two.Bedrooms & Bathrooms (2BR/2BA):Both of your bedrooms are spacious and offer a king-size bed with new luxury mattresses and plenty of pillows. Each bedroom has a flat-screen TV and drawer space for you to unpack. You have a full-size bathroom with a tub/shower combo and vanity, across from the first bedroom. Your second bathroom is located inside the master bedroom and comes with a vanity and a stand-up shower. All of your towels and linens are provided for your stay by our cleaning service.**PLEASE bring your own beach and pool towels.Kitchen:Your kitchen features all new cabinets and countertops and is FULLY equipped with a brand new electric, glass top oven, dishwasher and full size refrigerator . Your kitchen is fully stocked with everything you will need, from silverware & plates to pots to boil your own crab legs and shrimp. There are plenty of dishes, utensils, and even wine glasses to make you feel right at home during your stay.Internet:There is FREE high-speed WiFi internet access in the condo unit. Each unit has its own access point to connect to, so you will not share bandwidth with other guests. We will include the passcode for you when you book and receive your welcome letter.Complex Information:Gulf House is a 36-unit condo complex with 6 condo units per floor. There is elevator access to each floor. You will have carts available for your convenience. There is plenty of covered parking in the complex along with an uncovered area as well. The maximum will be 2 cars.Our complex offers a swimming pool that is open during spring, summer, and fall months. You will enjoy plenty of lounge chairs, tables, and seating poolside for you and your guests to relax. The pool area and access to the beach are protected by gates with special codes, this way others can not access your amenities. .You will love the credit/debit card-operated laundry centers with washers and dryers on each floor. Yours is located right outside your door. Additionally, you will have access to two commercial-sized charcoal grills and picnic tables beachside for you and your guest to enjoy.Our condo is located in a low-density complex and it won’t be over crowed and chaotic like the larger ones. From April to August 31, you will be able to enjoy 2 beach chairs & umbrella (daily) ON THE BEACH, as a gift from us. We also have a storage closet downstairs, for any storage you may need while you are there. However, you will need to furnish your own lock and it must be removed before you leave.**Tents are allowed on the beach, however; they must be set up behind the chair rental and removed from the beach each night.Area Information:Our condo is within walking distance of the Gulf State Park Pier. Great gulf fishing is only a short walk and Lake Shelby, in Gulf State Park, is .25 miles and offers kayak and paddle board board rentals. Some other great places to visit, within walking distance, while you are here is Gulf State Park Lodge & Convention Center, Island Pancake House, Sea N Suds Restaurant, Waffle House, The Hangout (.75 mile /15 min walk), Hangout Music Festival (May), National Shrimp Festival (October) and many other shops & restaurants. You can watch the City of Gulf Shores fireworks display right in front of the condo on July 4th. There are so many activities in the area for kids and adults. There’s a water park (Waterville USA), OWA Amusement Park, arcades, go-cart tracks, mini-golf, parasailing, Jet Ski and boat rentals, dolphin cruises, charter boat fishing, a zoo and so much more. If you enjoy biking, there is a 14+ mile backcountry bike trail nearby in Gulf State Park. The area offers 10+ golf courses for your enjoyment, excellent deep-sea fishing, amusement parks, shopping, sightseeing, restaurants, sailing, boating, and swimming. There is also a large outlet mall in the area. In the evening there are many fun places to dine and dance to local music.
