Welcome to resort style living behind the secure gates of Perico Bay Club. This second floor condo offers broad vistas of the intra-coastal waterway, Cortez and the south end of Anna Maria Island. This quiet community features multiple swimming pools, tennis courts, clubhouse and fitness center. The interior has high vaulted ceilings that really open up the living area, 2 bedrooms (a queen bed in each), 2 bathrooms and a glass enclosed porch. A one car garage is provided as well as plenty of open guest parking in front of the building. Perico Bay Club is a short 2 mile drive to the beautiful white sand beaches of Anna Maria Island and its plentiful restaurants, shops and pubs.Please note that this condo has a minimum stay required of 30 nights or more.
