You will need to bring your own pool and beach towels.As we all know , VRBO rentals (private owners/vacation rental companies) do not offer daily housekeeping and linens exchange.A nice welcome package is provided for each guest which Includes:- Linens, towels, 1 roll of paper towels, 1 toilet paper roll per bathroom, one 8 cup coffee package with filter, 1 bag of Kirkland Popcorn, 1 box of tissues, 1 bar of soap, 1 snack bar, 1 extra trash bag, shampoo.- These items will not be replenished after they have been used.House Rules:- No smoking- Pet friendly with fee (maximum 2 allowed)- Cleaning service is only provided at the end of your stay- No events, parties or large gatherings- Only responsible adults need to reserve our unit- Additional fees will be applied if towels are found to be stained (including makeup) or missing.
