2 BDR Snodallion Condo – Columbine Pool & Hot Tub!Summary:Welcome to our 2 bedroom Snodallion condo located in the Warrior’s Mark neighborhood, which is just south of Main Street. The location of the condo is ideal. You can walk to the Quicksilver chairlift and access the Peak 9 slopes. Main Street is just 4 blocks away and is a quick walk when the weather permits. Guests will also have access to the Columbine Pool and Hot Tubs, which were recently renovated. This condo is perfect for families and groups of friends any time of the year!The Space:This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo can comfortable accommodate 7 guests and has an amazing layout. The first floor of the condo has both bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a king bed, a TV and access to a private balcony. The second bedroom is bunk room with a twin over queen bunk bed. There is one bathroom with a walk-in shower and it is located between the two bedrooms. The first floor also has a washer and dryer that guests can use during their stay.The kitchen, dining room, and living room make up second floor of the condo. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything a chef needs to prepare a meal with plenty of counter top space, stainless steel appliances, and an island that has 3 breakfast bar seats. The dining table has seating for 6 and is located just off of the kitchen. The living room is a great space for your group to relax with comfortable furniture, a gas fireplace, and a large flat screen TV. The TV is a smart TV and has streaming services but guests must sign into their own accounts. Under the TV is a Sonos soundbar guests may use. One of the couches is also a full size sleeper sofa. Lastly, there is a bathroom with a walk-in shower off of the kitchen.The amenities included with the condo are very nice. There is one assigned parking space in a covered, heated garage. There is a Breck Freeride bus stop at the entrance of Base 9 Condos (about a block from the condo) that will take you to the gondola and other parts of town. Lastly, guests will have access to the newly renovated Columbine Pool and Hot Tubs!Breckenridge STR License Number: 467370001Guest Access:Guests will have access to the entire condo, the shared Columbine complex pool and hot tubs, and two assigned parking spaces (parking permit must be displayed). One in the assigned garage space (no over-sized vehicles i.e. suburban, truck, etc) and one in the lot outside the condo unit. There is a ski locker on the west end of the garage with ’32’ on it you may use for storing your gear.Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions a few days before their arrival through the booking platforms app or email.The Neighborhood:This property is located in the Warrior’s Mark neighborhood just south of Breckenridge’s Main Street. The Breckenridge Free Ride bus services the neighborhood with the Grey Route Southside. The closest bus stop is at the entrance of Base 9 Condos. Quicksilver chair lift is walking distance and the fastest way to access the slopes. Hiking and mountain biking trails are accessible from the Warrior’s Mark neighborhood. Warrior’s Mark is known for its quiet, tranquil atmosphere and being in close proximity to downtown Breck. Guests are able to walk to Main Street on a nice day.Getting Around:The Breckenridge Free Ride Bus is the best way to get around town, and there is a bus stop at the entrance of Base 9 Condos (about a block away). Uber/Lyft is also available.Other Things to Note:Please use the bike racks in the garage to store your bikes, no bikes allowed on the deck or in unit.Please note that the garage has a clearance of 6’6″.The hot tub and pool are shared with the condo complex.Please keep in mind that if you plan to ski, you are responsible for verifying the ski resorts’ opening and closing dates.4-wheel drive or 2-wheel drive tires with snow chains may be necessary for safe travel to this property, even if it hasn’t snowed in a few days.Interaction with Guests:We are offsite but available when needed. Please message us through the app or booking platform for quickest response.House Rules:• No smoking• Pets are not allowed• No parties or events• Check-in is anytime after 4PM• 50% of payment is due upfront and the rest of the payment is due (14) days before arrival.• Booking Fee: We charge an additional, non-refundable fee of 2% of the total payment to cover the cost of booking processing.• The credit card holder must provide a picture of the back and front of their ID via a secure and encrypted portal upon confirmation for fraud protection.• Please promptly respond to any inquiries or requests for additional information to ensure the confirmation of your booking; failure to respond in a sufficient manner may lead to cancellation of the reservation.
