Kitchen and main bath recently renovated, new carpet in 2021. The condo is nestled behind the Stanley Hotel overlooking the historic MacGregor Ranch in the Black Canyon Creek area of Estes Park. Lumpy Ridge borders the area offering dramatic views.This property is just ¾ of a mile north of downtown Estes Park and gives you easy access to all the events in the area while providing the privacy to be fully immersed in the beauty of this mountain retreat.
