Brand new updated condo in mint condition. We are across from the main beach and the only part that is lifeguarded. Come see the famous white sand crushed quartz beach that never gets hot while taking in the most breath taking sunsets on the west coast of Florida! Herald Tribune just named this city the best date spot in the USA and Trip advisor has it as the top 3 best beaches in the USA almost every year. Great place for all ages. There is so much to do in Sarasota but you don’t even need a car if you don’t want to go far. The free trolly stops out front and goes anywhere on the island you need to go. There is also tip only golf carts and bus services that are fun and part of the experience. The nightlife is quite enjoyable with everything from fine dining to local pubs with live music everywhere. A friendly atmosphere and an overall great time. We have many annual returning guests who love to come back and now enjoy the fully renovated amenities in our fully stocked beach condo.
