We also offer a level 2 electric car charger.We are two houses away from the Linda Loring Nature Reserve – https://llnf.org/ – a 275 acre preserve that sits between our house and 40th Pole Beach, with a winding Beach Path for gorgeous and relaxing walks through the meadows leading to the ocean. 40th Pole is on the north side of island, meaning tranquil waters, perfect for kids to swim in during the day and smores and bonfires at night.The cottage is in a family friendly area on a quarter acre of land. The back is entirely fenced so if you have a dog, you can let them out through the back door and let them play in the yard.
