Walk across the parking lot and ski down from this condo, which rests in the heart of Granby Ranch, where Colorado’s beauty gives both adventure and relaxation. With 2 beds/2 baths and a sofa-bed this condo sleeps 6 guests comfortably and is great for families. Enjoy a short walk to the ski run, where you can ski down to Kicking Horse ski lyft, to access the entire mountain at Ski Granby Ranch. ALL Resort Amenities (skiing, hiking, biking trails, fishing, golf, swim) are a separate cost paid to the resort- based on renter’s usage. The condo is all on one level and no steps to climb. The condo has all you need to enjoy your vacation, including a washer/dryer in the unit, TV’s in every room, free-wifi, and a very well stocked kitchen. Resort Amenities ( skiing, hiking & biking trails, fishing, golf, swim) are a separate cost paid to resort based on renters usage. Please visit the website to see more info on obtaining these passes. Guests have access to the entire condo…and can access the community pool and Hot tub and fitness center at the Ranch Hall (at the Base) using a GUEST day pass – available for purchase for $10 daily use fee at Ranch Hall. Guests will sign a waiver; Children age 8 and under are free. To purchase a day pass for the pool you will need to show your reservation with the address visible as proof that you are staying in the home. Credit card only please. Please check the Granby Ranch website for the latest information on closures. I’m available to guests by phone/text but offer my guests space. Granby Ranch is a smaller, family friendly year round resort located in Grand County. The Condo is in the Kicking Horse Lodges – with easy access to the ski slopes, just steps away.
