About this spaceFrom this home base, you will have the best of both worlds. Tranquility in and around the property while in close proximity to the delights of nearby Downtown Boston. Here you will be close to scenic trails, theatre, high quality food, museums, movie theatre, shopping, hospitals, institutions of higher education and more. The property offers a clean, comfortable and peaceful home-like environment.The spaceThis space is clean, spacious, relaxing and inviting.Guest accessKitchennette, living room, back yard and parking in rear of property (for 1 vehicle only).Other things to noteMy husband, three children and I live in the main house, just above the private rental unit. The unit has its separate entrance. When the weather is agreeable, we enjoy playing outside in the back yard. We also enjoy walking the nature trail out back and encourage you to check it out. We prefer to dedicate the unit’s shared space entirely to our guests during their stay. You’ll know we are home and can feel free to call or text with any questions or requests you may have. We welcome strong communication from our guests in order to ensure the best visit possible.
