We are right on the beach! Location can’t be beat! We are one block from the south Bridge (Stickney Point Bridge). Convenience is key to a vacation. You can walk to the grocery, to restaurants, shops, rentals, Ice cream, and so much more. Traffic can get congested on Siesta Key, but at this location, you won’t be in the middle of the congestion…you can drive on and off the key with ease.Did you know that Siesta Key also has a free Trolley called The Breeze and you can just wave it down in front of our building and take it anywhere on the key…for free!!This unit is on the top floor, unit 504. A reserved parking space for this unit is under the building, very close to one of the two elevators. Your car will always be cool and comfortable.The condo has a fully equipped kitchen: Fridge with ice maker, dishwasher, double deep sinks, disposal, and a washer and dryer. FREE WIFI.Sheets, towels and beach towels are generously provided. Paper products, dishwasher soaps, bar soaps, hand soaps, and cleaning products are all in the condo and it will feel very much like home.The complex of House of the Sun provides lounge chairs on our section of the beach. There is a large tub of beach toys and noodles at the pool area, so if you are coming down with kids, don’t purchase beach toys until you have checked out the large assortment that have been left behind by previous families. I provide beach umbrellas.Lounge by our heated pool, play some tennis, video games, ping-pong and air-hockey and be on the beach. House of the Sun has it all.Guests of House of the Sun enjoy bringing their evening cocktails and snacks to the FIFTH FLOOR DECK. The atmosphere is fun and casual and friendships have been made from this great fifth floor deck with beautiful panoramic views of our beach with its gorgeous white sand.
