Property has been beloved by previous vacation renters for many years.The spaceWhen you enter the front door, you will immediately go up a set of stairs (The space is above a garage that is not accessible).Upon walking upstairs, you will enter the living room. Off the living room is a full kitchen and two bedrooms (one with a queen bed and one with two twin beds).The living room opens up onto the large, private deck, wonderful for relaxing with a cup of morning coffee, or a cocktail and bbq at the end of the day at the beach.Guest accessThe entire home is yours, other than the garage which is used for storage and is not accessible. There also is a laundry room downstairs with a washer and dryer, accessible via a back door.Other things to notePlease note that as is customary for most Cape Cod rentals, guests should expect to bring their own bed linens and towels. If guests are unable to do so, there is a place to rent linens within a mile of the house. We are happy to provide details.
