Are you looking for a bright and cozy retreat by the ocean? This condo is less than a 5 minute walk to Clark Street Beach Access. In 2021 the condo had major renovations and included all brand new furnishings, fixtures, mattresses, pillows, etc. The master suite has a queen bed and the second bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed. The open concept living area has a queen-sized pull out sofa. The kitchen is fully stocked for all your cooking needs.Please bring your own beach towels and kitchen towels (if you use them).Please note there is a burger bar on the other side of the condo complex that has live music on some evenings until 10pm (dates depend on their band schedule). Some guests have mentioned the music can be heard inside our unit but most guests haven’t noticed it. Please prepare accordingly if you have any light sleepers or early sleepers. Both bedrooms have TV’s but you may want to bring an iPod or other device for background noise. Otherwise, sit on the balcony and enjoy the free music!At MP 8.5 you will be conveniently located near plenty of restaurants and shops that you can walk or drive to. The Wright Brothers Museum is 1 mile west. Run Hill State Nature Preserve is 1.5 miles west. Jockey’s Ridge State Park is 3.5 miles south. Avalon Pier is 4 miles north. Nags Head Fishing Pier is 4 miles south.Standard amenities with this unit are contactless check-in, bed and bath linens, smart TV’s, fully stocked coffee bar, stacked washer/dryer, beach chairs/cart, fully stocked kitchen and more!Our property can accommodate 1 dog (25lbs or less).
