2023 Renovation! Roomy 2 bedroom ( one bedroom is a loft), 2 bathroom condo. Cozy, comfortable family area for TV and games. View some of the best sunsets on Hatteras Island while enjoying cocktails on the spacious new deck after a day at the beach. We have a queen befroom with a private full bath and the second bedroom is a second foloor loft with 2 twin beds! It is a short 4 minute walk to the beach. Perfect for a family of 4 , or 2 couples. Walking distance to great restaurants, ice cream and shops. Less than an mile to the Avon fishing pier. Swimming and Tennis included at the Kinnakeet Shores pool, located 2 miles south in the Kinnakeet Shores neighborhood, located behind the Food Lion.We are often told that the pictures do not do the condo justice.The dock is privately owned. It is great to look at, but it is not available for us to use. There is a boat ramp on property to launch kayaks.We are a Saturday to Saturday rental from Memorial Day weekend to Labor Day weekend. 3 night minimum during the off-season.
