One room has bunk beds with two queens size beds in it and one room has one queen bed with bunk on top that is a twin inAlso provided is a double mattress and two twin. And another double bed.Very large size living room with two pull out couches for 4 extra people and a TV and DVD player and lots of movie choices!Outside has a large patio with amazing views of the lake with lots of seating.Also included in the rental is two adult kayaks and two youth kayaks.
