From our home, you can safely walk or ride bikes anywhere on the peninsula. With more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, boat/jet ski rentals, etc. within a 2-15 minute walk, you will always have something exciting to do.For those of you seeking a Daytime adventure, the Catalina Express, Whale Watching Tours, and Sailing Adventures all depart from across the Street.For those of you with kids, Balboa Zunzone is just across the street on the bay making this home an ideal location for families.For those of you wanting to Shop, you can hop on the Balboa Island Ferry and catch a quick taxi up the Hill to the Shops at Fashion Island.IMPORTANT HOME NOTES:- Upon completion of reservation tenants will be required to comply with the HOUSE RULES (including additional rules) outlined in our online Advertisement. Please review prior to submitting your booking.-Tenants will be held responsible for any/all penalties and fines incurred during their stay as well as loss of rental revenue resulting from the suspension or revocation of the Property City Lodging Permit.- Upon arrival, the guest agrees to be greeted by a staff member to verify identification matching the primary reservation holder. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.- Guests submitting a reservation the same day as their arrival date are advised to message Tower 17 Properties prior to submitting their request. Same-day reservations may be required to accept a later than advertised arrival time of 5 pm to ensure the completion of our cleaning and inspection process.-This is the Upper (2nde Level) Ocean Facing unit of an oceanfront Triplex.- Noise from other units, neighboring homes, and beach goers should be expected.-Please review house rules regarding Noise, Day/Nighttime Occupancy, etc.- Portable freestanding 12,000 BTU AC units are available to rent at a fixed rate of $399 each for up to 7 nights. Max 3 units per house.-Crib/Pack n’ Play must be requested prior to your stay.-Parking Garage is Shared However, you are provided (1) Designated Parking Spot, Spot B.Garage Measurements: 6’10″H x 8’6″W x 18’8″D- The indoor Fireplace is inoperable and for decoration only. Do not attempt to light.We recommend you bring firewood if you plan to enjoy the fire pits on the beach provided by the city.- This Upper home does NOT have access to the Ground Level Patio.- This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
