You have ample storage and your own private access to the balcony! It is the perfect place to end a busy day at the beach. The Guest Bedroom has a full bed and another full bathroom. Each floor will take approximately two days to complete. The first day will be the grinding of the floor to remove any of the old paint and to get to the concrete. The second day will be to apply the coating (and this is the only time guests/owners cannot be on the floor for about 6 to 8 hours). Thank you for your patience and understanding.Please note: Our rentals book weekend to weekend from May 14- August 6. We offer 5-night rentals March 5 – April 23, with check in or check out on Saturday or Sunday. January and February are monthly rentals.
