However, with more than 30+ restaurants & bars, shops, electric boat/jet ski rentals, Surfboard/Stand-Up-Paddle-board Lessons all in the area you will never need to travel far!Although you may be looking for a quiet getaway, the action is never more than a Walk/Bike Ride away. The primary reservation holder must be present throughout the duration of the reservation. Any exceptions must be approved in writing by Tower 17 Properties & Management.- Must be 30+ Years Old to Rent- City of Newport Beach Quiet Hours 10 pm – 7 am.- No Patio Access after 10 pm- Please review house rules regarding noise, day/nighttime occupancy, etc.- Noise from surrounding homes, adjacent units, and beachgoers should be expected.- High Chair & Pack n’ Play must be requested 48 hours prior to your stay and are provided pending availability.-This property is a DUPLEX. There is a 3 bedroom 2 bath unit in the front of the building on the lower level who you will be asked to share the city trash cans with. (This is the only home amenity which you share)- Guest will be required to ascend a full staircase to access this property.- You are provided with (1) Garage Parking Spot. Oversized Trucks/SUVs are not permitted. Garage Measurements are: 102w x 80h x 165 deep.PETSThis property accepts one (1) pet with a fee of $399 plus tax and applicable fees. These fees will be charged AFTER your reservation has been created and is NOT included in the original reservation price. All pets must be disclosed at the time of booking. Please note, not all breeds will be permitted on property and will be subject to the discretion of the property manager. Pets are not to be left unattended at any time. Should your pet become a nuisance due to excess barking and/or cause a threat/harm to other residents or guests, we will ask that you remove the pet from the property immediately or cancel your reservation without a refund of any kind. All potty accidents must be reported to the property manager immediately. Additional charges may be applied to cover the costs of repairs or damages caused by any pet.
