Being the third tier of the development, this condo has central AC. Very desirable in sunny Poipu.The primary bedroom with an over-sized on-suite also has a King size bed and a smart TV. A private lanai is just off this primary bedroom as well. The second bedroom is perfectly equipped with large bunk beds- a queen bed on the bottom and full size on top. Across the hall is another full-sized bathroom. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for all of your culinary needs. Enjoy the second lanai just off of the living room and partake in a tropical refreshment or morning coffee.An entry level condo makes it easy to access after a long day of swimming and playing in the ocean, or hiking in our beautiful mountains. There is so much to experience on our garden island, the outdoor activities are limitless.Two resort swimming pools, two hot tubs plus access to the Poipu Kai Resort pool, tennis and more. In addition, Brenneckes, Shipwrecks and Poipu Beach are all just stroll away.
