Offering 4 Bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, this enchanting family home has been lovingly maintained.The 2nd floor has an additional two bedrooms- one roomy bedroom has a queen bed, the other oversized bedroom has a double and two single beds. There is also another full hallway bathroom as well. All 4 bedrooms provide generous closets not typical of this era home.Other features include a full walkout basement with a bonus indoor shower, ample storage, and a sitting area. There is also an outdoor shower and two parking spaces.Enjoy sipping coffee on the front porch while hearing the clip-clop of the horse carriages as they pass you by. The first floor has 2 bedrooms with queen beds and a full hallway bathroom with the original iron bathtub. The eat-in kitchen has been completely remodeled with granite countertops, new cabinets, and updated appliances. Kick back in the “open concept” family room and living room or play board games in the adjoining dining room.Bedroom/1st Floor – QueenBedroom/1st Floor – QueenBedroom/2nd Floor – QueenBedroom/2nd Floor – 1 Double, 2 TwinsTenants are responsible for bringing their own flat sheets, fitted sheets, pillow cases, bath and beach towels.This is the idyllic setting for making many treasured Cape May memories.
