There is also a DVD player that can be easily moved to the bedroom tv.This gated building with 24-hour guard has walk-out beach access, workout facility, ample covered parking, and laundry facilities on each floor. You will also find boat docks for rent, lighted hard tru (clay) tennis courts, shuffleboard, pickle ball courts, bocce, and a putting green. All just out back of the condo!The South Seas Towers are located on the northern end of the beautiful white sand crescent beach. Being located at the famous Tigertail beach, you have direct access to one of Florida’s most popular beaches. Sunning, swimming, shelling, bird watching…whatever your heart desires.
