You have a clear vantage point of Center Court. Gaze onto the expansive racquet sports conplex. From the deck you walk into the screen porch. A perfect spot for dining at the table set for four. Enter the villa and enjoy the open concept. The dining area has a table with seating for four. The kitchen has been renovated and features custom white cabinets, marble countertops and stainless steel appliances. The living area has vaulted ceilings and sliding doors which lead to the front deck. A large comfy couch awaits you. Enjoy the 55″ Smart TV.There are two bedrooms and 2 baths in this villa. The primary ensuite bedroom has a Queen bed and private deck. The primary bathroom has a separate sink and vanity area. There is a tiled walk-in shower. Sliding doors lead onto the small deck with 2 chairs – a quiet sunny spot . The guest bedroom has a queen bed and direct access to the full hall bath. Open the sliding doors and feel the gentle breezes wash through the bedroom. The hall bathroom has a tub/shower combo. Both of the villa’s bathrooms have blow dryers for your use. In the hallway is the laudry. A full size washer and dryer are tucked behind double doors.*Seabrook Island Property Association (SIPOA) has started charging for all gate passes.Gate passes are $45/ vehicle. This charge applies if you are staying 1 night – 179 nights. If you are staying more than 179 nights, there is a different charge.Gate pass car total is due 2 weeks prior to your arrival. Payment of $45/gate pass(es) is due at time of your final payment.Any changes made less than 2 weeks prior to your arrival are non-refundable. If we are able to rent the contracted dates after a cancellation, Guest will be refunded an amount equal to new rental rate minus the $250 Cancellation Fee. The amount refunded is not to exceed the amount paid by the Guest’s under the terms of the Rental Agreement.For monthly winter rentals the policy is as follows:For cancellation made up to 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, the deposit will be refunded less a $250.00 cancellation fee.For cancellations made less than 60 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, all monies are forfeited.
