Please inquire about the off season weekend, and weekly rates for rates. OCCUPANCY & AGE RESTRICTIONSAs per Seaside Heights Ordinance #179 & 55-3. Between April 15 and June 30, occupancy limited to no more than two adults per bedroom plus two children 12 or younger. Minimum age for rentals must be 21 years or older and must be residing in the rental during the rental period. Reserving Guest will agree to provide names, addresses and ages of all guests staying in property. Reserving Guest and Guests under 21 must agree to have a Guardian Consent and a Parent execute a Parent Consent Form issued by the Borough of Seaside Heights. No Exceptions. Reservations during this time period can not have outside guests. Any group rental seeking to check in in which all guests are under 21 years of age or bring attempt additional guests will be denied access and forfeit any monies paid. All cookware & dinnerware provided. Full bathroom with tub and shower . Bedroom has a queen size bed, furniture, large smart TV and closet system for organization. Second bedroom has two Twin beds. Living room has a Queen pull out sofa bed. This Suites offers direct rear access to yard. Large rear Courtyard with lounging, dining, BBQ and outdoor shower.
