Located on a quiet street, the lot is fenced in by hedges and borders conservation land home to deer, birds and rabbits. Swing in the hammock by the hydrangeas, beach grass, fruit trees and take in the sweet sounds of Nantucket’s wildlife: the serene location is the shining star of this rental. While the exterior is the picture perfect Nantucket cottage-style home, you will be surprised by the casual, Bohemian surf-vibe of the decor inside. The main room is open-concept, with Restoration Hardware couches, dining area and sliding glass doors to the backyard. A cozy kitchen has everything you need for meals: Caraway cookware and coffee maker (with coffee included for your stay). The primary bedroom includes a canopy king-sized bed and attached bath – Brooklinen linens and bath towels are provided. The second bedroom offers twin size bunk beds. The “tree house” is a bonus loft space and includes a movie projector and 8-foot sofa that can be used as an additional sleeping space.This property has a separate living area home to three of the homeowner’s employees and two dogs.
