It is a perfect location. A coffee shop and a deli a short walk from the house plus CVS, restaurants, and farmers market Sundays on McCarter Blvd. A fully equipped kitchen and dining table seated 4 working desk station with Wi-Fi in the living room, a cozy leather couch, within unit washer and dryer extra shelves and luggage closet. Both bedrooms have firm mattresses and soft cotton sheets. A full bathroom with ample space for toiletries, soft towels, all utilities included. This 2-bedroom apartment is in the lower level of the house with windows, plenty of daylight, glass enclosed private entrance approx. 1100 square feet just steps away from Georgetown hospital & Georgetown University in the beautiful and quiet Palisade neighborhood. Walking to German, French embassies and community tennis court. Shopping center with CVS, Black salt, Makoto Japanese & other restaurants. If you travel with children, please specify the age. Children under age 16 are not allowed to stay by themself in the apartment. Pets not allowed. Wecome kit with Bottled water, coffee, and tea are provided in the kitchen. Since the price is reduced, we no longer provide food and cable TV box.
