The living room has cathedral ceilings, a wood burning fireplace, a 50″ Roku TV and nice furnishings. The dining area has seating for eight and is open to a second sitting area that offers 50″ Roku TV and views of the private back yard and the beautiful private pool that can be heated for an additional cost. The kitchen is updated, there are maple cabinets, granite counter tops and is well equipped.There are 3 bedrooms, all have private baths, newer furnishings, newer mattresses and linens. There are two master bedrooms both with king beds, a 43″ Roku TV and private baths, one of the master baths has been renovated. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a Twin bed & the lower level is a double bed and there is also a trundle bed located below for small kids. This room also features a 43″ Roku TV and private bathroom with shower/tub combo.The fully fenced backyard is where you will find your private pool, with a large pool deck, plenty of lounge chairs, a Tiki Bar, a table and umbrella for dining and a gas grill.The home is located within walking distance to Coligny Plaza were you will find shopping, dining, local entertainers, a local coffee shop, two ice cream shops and the grocery store.
