The scope of work to include Ohia Wood Posts a, 2nd and 3rd floor railings, trellises and A/C enclosures at each building. Each building will be worked on one at a time for approximately 2-4 weeks. Lanai furnishings/decor will be moved while the building is worked on. The contractor will access the upper floor lanais by ladder. This project will begin in July 2024 and is expected to last until March 2025 (dates subject to change depending on weather). The contractor will be onsite working 8am-6pm Mon-Fri.
