Perfect for 2 couples/families/groups, family with older children, or single family. Great property for pets as it is entirely fenced!You can’t get much closer to the water than this! This property has water access all year round as it is on main water channel of lake travis. There is a private dock great for fishing off of. The Lake Shack is how Texas does tropical.Private sandy and grassy beach area, gently sloping to the water .2 single kayaks, 1 double kayak and Lilly pad floating mat.Spend time up on your MULTIPLE scenic patios & outdoor bars grilling out, drinking margaritas and enjoying the view or down by the water or on the DOCK sunbathing and swimming in lake travis’ beautiful caribbean looking water. Fisherman: plenty of catfish, bass, tilapia, blue gill.Close to Lakeway restaurants, gas, grocery, various Food DELIVERY options available.Boat rentals nearby that can pick you up at the dock, as well as many other entertainment options such as sunset sailing cruises, flyboard rentals etc.Lakeway is also known for one of the most populous and friendly deer populations in Texas.Other Things to Note:Unit features ~3 parking spots in drivewaySoftened well waterCentral AC/heat runs the whole house with additional personal AC and fireplaces in lower unit.No onsite boat dockage available.Occasionally boat owner may come on dock to take boat out.Nearest public boat ramp: Mansfield dam***Lake Travis is not a constant level lake – water level varies during the year- please lookup or inquire on current water level and compare to our picture captions.Because the lake level varies yard will get larger as lake level drops, but even in drought we always have water!Dock may move to left or right as water level drops. Property is very unique in that it is gently sloping to the water and not straight down 100+ft cliffs like most of Lake Travis.
