New beds, sofa, flooring, TVs.. owner takes great pride in maintaining the condo and keeping it in new condition.4. Both Bedrooms have king beds, plenty of room, never cramped, about 500 sq ft bigger than most 2 brs..5. Fully stocked and ready to go.. Flat screen TVs, modern appliances, and all of the kitchen gear to cook in.6. BEACH SERVICE provided at no charge. 2 chairs and umbrella set up for you daily from March 15 until End of October..7. Very convenient located on the first floor, large balcony, plenty of seating inside and out, and very responsive staff when I had a question about early check in/door code, they responded by text within seconds! We also loved that this unit included beach chairs. We found our favorite unit at 107W :)Rules:Must be 25 or older to rent and named renter must be staying at property the duration of the stay.No Pets, No Smoking, No Vaping.
