You may not use all these comforts of home but you have them just in case. Just think about it. You can use the board walk for fast walk and the beach for pedicure or use both like we do. We generally use the boar walk and on our return use the beach to get back but you have to hand carry your walking shoes8. We have a fully furnished kitchen.
