The Marketplace, tennis courts, Night Heron Park / Nature Center are a short bike ride away. The only real ‘ traffic ‘to speak of , are bike riders, making it particularly appealing to families with little ones.The large front porch offers ocean breezes and the sound of waves crashing . There is plenty of comfortable seating, a table for eating or working, and a hammock for relaxing.
