Private Eidelweiss home tucked away from the road on 1.2 acres. You are hidden from the street for privacy, yet matched with the perfect location of a convenient short walk (1/10 mile) to sandy Boulder Beach. You can relax in the sun or under a shaded tree for an hour or the whole day. Swim in the refreshing pond, swim to the dock, take the kids to the fenced in playground across the street from the pond! Use the outdoor basketball court.And enjoy your lunch at one of the picnic tables.Main level has open living room with lots of natural light and walk out to a deck. There is a large kitchen, great for gathering and a separate dining room. Finally, there is a bedroom (room 4: full) and full bath on the main level to top off your one floor living.A beautiful spiral staircase leads you up to a loft area with a futon where the kids will love all for themselves.The lower level is where you will enter the home. A wide entry way provides plenty of space for your sandals, hiking shoes and outdoor gear. Three bedrooms are located on this level along with another full bath (room 1: king) (room 2: 2 sets of bunk beds) (Room 3: full).This home is a great getaway, yet you have the heart of NH at your fingertips. Sandy beaches, playgrounds, outdoor basketball court, shopping, and hiking trails are close by. King Pine is around the corner, followed by several other ski resorts (Cranmore, Attitash, etc). And let’s not forget the Kancamangis, North Conway, Story Land and Santa’s Village.
