Many beautiful golf courses and hiking trails close by.The pool is serviced all year for our guests to use as they please! If you would like for the pool to be heated for your stay please notify us in within at least 24 hours of your check-in, this is an additional $100 daily. We are only able to accommodate pool heat requests if it is for the entire duration of the stay and with a minimum of a 3-night reservation.A $150 trip charge will be applied on top of the pool heat fee should the request be received on the day of check-in or when the trip has already commenced.The garage at this property is used for homeowner storage, and guests do not have access to it.STR City License 2025426***The Ion Property Management team is available between 8:00am – 8:00pm MST for questions or concerns.
