Completely remodeled cottage ; 2 minute walk to the beach!Master Bedroom comes with Phillips Smart TV, Ceiling fan , king bed and hardwood flooring. Guest Bedroom has queen bed and private entrance. 3rd bedroom / cozy with single bed. Separate entrance to this bedroom. House has hardwood flooring throughout. Kitchen includes small eat in area, microwave, stove, refrigerator, coffee pot and fully stocked kitchen. Master bathroom has shower, vanity and stackable washer/dryer. 1/2 bathroom as well.Great room with ceiling fan, ROKU smart tv. House has high speed Xfinity internet. House is cleaned professionally and deep cleaned professionally quarterly. Central heat and air. Favorite spot in the house is front porch with ample seating areas and table and six chairs for outdoor dining. Area under house with outdoor shower, patio seating , grill and hammock.
