The bedroom has a bathroom with a handicap accessible shower and there is another half bath conveniently located in the hallway. High quality linens are provided for all beds and baths. Walk down to the river or visit Rockin’ R River Rides is only .7 miles away to make accommodations for tubing. The complex has 2 pools, 4 hot tubs, charcoal grills and a large amount of beautiful open green space with shady trees. It’s a perfect place for a picnic! This condo is on the third floor and does have an elevator for easy access. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. 1 dog allowed, must be under 40 lbs, additional cost of $25 per day. You will receive 2 parking passes and 4 wristbands (max amount allowed). This condo has a maximum occupancy of 4 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera.
