The master bedroom has a king bed and cable TV as well as a private bathroom with a walk in shower. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, and the guest bathroom with a walk in shower is located conveniently just outside in the hall. The third bedroom has 2 twin trundle beds (sleeps 4). All bathrooms come with hotel size amenities, bath towels, and two rolls of toilet paper. High quality linens are provided for all beds and bathrooms.It is an easy walk down to the river! Rockin’ R River Rides is less than one miles away. The complex has 2 pools, 4 hot tubs, communal charcoal grills and an amazing amount of beautiful green grass and beautiful trees. It’s a perfect place for a picnic!2 vehicles allowed. This condo is on the 2nd floor and does have an elevator. Host must be 25 years of age or older to make a reservation and must be staying at the property. No pets allowed. You will receive 2 parking passes and 8 wristbands (max amount allowed). This condo has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests. This maximum occupancy is not to be exceeded at any time. No daytime guests allowed. To comply with city and county short-term rental permit restrictions, the outdoor areas of this home are monitored by video camera.
